The Universal Declaration of Humans Rigths

Todat, we'll talk about the 60th anniversary of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights (UDHR)
The UDHR was created in 1948. It was the first international association that recognized the fundamental humans rights. The slogan of the UDHR is "Dignity and justice for all of us". This slogan was created by the Human Rights Concil.
The Human Rights Concil is an intergovernmental body composed by 47 states. His objective is the promotion and the protection of the Human Rigths around the world. The Council was created by the UN General Assembly on 15 March 2006. One of the Council elements is the new Universal Periodic Review. He will assess the human rigths situation in all the 192 UN member states.
Others tribunals of the UDHR are the International Criminal Tribunal for the former Yugoslavia (ICTY) and the International Criminal Tribunal for Rwanda (ICTR).
The first article is the UDHR says:
"All human beings are born free and equal in dignity and rights. They are endowed with reason and conscience and should act towards one another in a spirit of brotherhood."

Are the two women so different as it seeams?

Rick Austen's history

Rick Austen is Kate’s friend. He’s always there to help her, but he had some problems with his work and he can’t help her as much as she would need.
He is a reporter on “the Daily Echo”. His first job had been in a small town in Scotland where he spent two years writing about sheep stealing. Now he’s writing about crime and diamonds stealing.
He studied journalism at the Journalist academy of Manchester. But because of some problems with his family, he had to go to Scotland for work. In Scotland he worked in a newspaper called “The fresh news” for two years. Then, he came to Manchester to work in “the Daily Echo”.
